I started this blog fresh out of college with the intention of writing about my love of the outdoors, the indoors, the kitchen, the dining room, the world abroad, and the world up close, allowing it to be a public gallery of my life. Since then, over three years later, this blog has transformed to focus specifically on what I care very strongly about:
Health, Fitness, and Nutrition
I will often share public health news, healthy or yummy recipes, and updates and learnings from my fitness hobbies, which mostly include: running, yoga, cycling, and the occasional Beachbody video.
